RoyalSwap Privacy Policy

Royalswap does not retain any private information about its users. UserIDs associated with accounts that use either our faucet service or swapping are retained in financial transaction logs for seven years following the transaction per U.S. government regulations.

Use of your personal information

Royalswap uses your UserID and transaction logs in the following ways:

• To ensure faucets are only claimed on appropriate intervals
• To produce aggregated statistics about RoyalSwap's performance
• To contact you via discord DMs for support if unable to contact you any other way

Sharing information with third parties

RoyalSwap does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.

RoyalSwap may disclose your transaction logs, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on RoyalSwap or (b) protect and defend the rights or prooperty of RoyalSwap or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of RoyalSwap, or the public.

Right to Deletion

RoyalSwap only retains UserIDs and financial transaction logs that are required to meet federal tax obligations, and are exempt from data deletion. Users that still wish to request data deletion may do so by joining the RoyalSwap support discord server and creating a ticket asking to delete their data.

Minors and other laws

RoyalSwap is a financial service and should only be used by persons who are legally able to use such services in accordance with their local laws. Do not use RoyalSwap if it is illegal to do so in your jurisdiction.

Changes to this statement

RoyalSwap reserves the right to change this policy from time to time when there are changes in our services, changes in laws, or changes in our data protection policies. Significant changes will be published in the notifications section on the RoyalSwap support server.

Your continued use of the services available through RoyalSwap will constitute your (a) acknowledgement of the modified policy and (b) agreement to abide and by bound by that policy.
